Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Manager, Program Management to lead the Delivery experience for AB Operations and to steer Analytics & AI across the External fulfillment org. This is a people-manager role overseeing cross-functional teams and key partnerships.

You will partner with AB Business to define the right DEX, maintain engagement through reviews, address day-to-day operational challenges, and guide the BA team while shaping data-driven improvements for CX and enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
• 5+ years in people management.
• 5+ years delivering cross-functional programs/projects.
• 5+ years in program or project management.
• Experience defining requirements and using data/metrics to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AB Business to define the right DEX and serve as Operations Leader for the same.
• Maintain engagement with partner teams with fortnightly reviews, MBRs, and QBRs with leaders.
• Address day-to-day operation challenges for AB Business to protect CX.
• Lead the AI & Analytics charter for External fulfillment & 3P, and guide the BA team.
