Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in technical program management or delivery leadership in complex systems environments.
• Experience building and leading a program management team.
• Ability to pull status from engineering and science teams and translate for executives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and drive impact.

Responsibilities

• Clarify delivery commitments and create a clear picture of customer expectations.
• Stand up an operating model for large-scale deals with templates, runbooks, and reporting artifacts.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews to surface risks and plan tradeoffs.
• Drive on-time delivery and customer experience across multiple sub-programs.
• Hire, grow, and lead a small PM team aligned with product portfolio growth.
