Job summary

You will translate strategic goals into structured plans with milestones and ownership, while managing dependencies and blockers to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires strong planning and execution skills, experience coordinating with business, technology, and governance stakeholders, and comfort with Agile delivery environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives with clear scope, timelines, and outcomes.
• Translate strategic goals into structured delivery plans with defined milestones and ownership.
• Drive progress across teams, identify risks, issues and blockers, and resolve them.
• Coordinate across business, technology, and governance stakeholders to maintain momentum.
• Manage interdependencies across squads, systems, and initiatives to avoid disruption.
• Ensure delivery readiness and quality by tracking progress against criteria and outcomes.
• Use data and reporting to provide visibility into status and delivery confidence.
