Job summary

EliteOps is seeking a Delivery Engineer to implement cybersecurity and networking solutions for enterprise customers in a remote-first role. You will lead customer delivery projects, deploy Zscaler solutions, and collaborate with architects, strategists, and engineers to ensure secure modern network architectures and a high-quality customer experience.

This role requires hands-on Zscaler experience, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to manage multiple engagements with clear communication

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Zscaler technologies (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX).
• Strong understanding of routing, DNS, VPNs, and authentication concepts.
• Experience troubleshooting across multiple integrated systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementations and customer delivery projects from kickoff through completion.
• Deploy, configure, and optimize Zscaler solutions within customer environments.
• Gather technical requirements and assist with solution validation and deployment planning.
• Troubleshoot networking, security, and connectivity issues across customer environments.
• Create and maintain implementation documentation, runbooks, and as-built deliverables.
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support customer cutovers, migrations, and post-deployment optimization efforts.
• Collaborate with EliteOps Architects, Strategists, and Engineers to ensure successful project execution.
• Contribute to process improvements and delivery best practices.
