Job summary

C-Serv is seeking a Senior Zscaler Engineer to own a complex, multi-platform security environment for a confidential enterprise client. You will design, defend, and operate Zscaler across ZIA, ZPA, Workloads, and ZDX with independence and confidence earned from prior large-scale deployments.

You will collaborate with networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure teams, cover Eastern and Central US time zones, and bring a calm, credible voice to clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Zscaler engineering experience (recent, active, and deep).
• Strong experience across ZIA, ZPA, Zscaler for Workloads, and ZDX.
• Current Zscaler certification and disaster recovery experience.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end design, configuration, and administration of enterprise Zscaler environments across ZIA, ZPA, Workloads, and ZDX.
• Maintain and optimise security, access, and traffic policies.
• Disaster recovery planning and identifying failure points before issues arise.
