Job summary

Mouser is seeking a Delivery Operations professional to support development teams, product management, and project managers. You will publish ongoing status reports, maintain work management tools, and ensure processes and documentation are followed.

The role requires strong analytics, attention to data quality, and the ability to build cross-cultural relationships. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in a related field and at least 3 years in delivery operations or project coordination,

• Experience with project/work management tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular support to development teams, product management, project managers and scrum masters.
• Create and publish recurring project status reports and dashboards for program visibility.
• Administer and maintain work management tools and ensure adherence to processes.
• Coordinate with Internet Business teams to track missing information and ensure completeness.
• Produce analytics and recommend improvements for data quality and reporting consistency.
• Document and maintain tool usage standards and reference materials.
• Identify and highlight delivery risks, bottlenecks, and data gaps for decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, or tool usage.
• Work with minimum supervision and exercise independent judgment.
• Assist management with development of results-oriented processes and PM practices.
• Build and maintain relationships with business contacts across cultures and levels.

ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Provide regular support to development teams, product management, project managers and scrum masters, and Internet Business leadership.
• Create and publish recurring project status reports (dashboards and summaries) for program visibility, highlighting progress, risks, and blockers.
• Administer and maintain work management tools, including configuration support, standard work item hygiene, and ensuring projects adhere to defined processes and documentation expectations
• Coordinate with Internet Business teams and other users to track down missing information, clarify intake details, and ensure work items are complete and accurate.
• Produce analytics and make recommendations for improving data quality and reporting consistency.
• Document and maintain standards for tool usage and keep reference materials up to date for users.
• Identify and highlight delivery risks, bottlenecks, and data gaps to support decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting practices, or tool usage.
• Works with minimum supervision and makes independent judgments.
• Assists management with development of results oriented processes and project management.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years prior work experience in delivery operations, project coordination, reporting, or tool administration.
• Hands-on experience entering, updating, and maintaining accurate project/work data in a tracking system
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean).
• Experience with project or work management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira) preferred.
