Job summary

Century HVAC Distributing in Waco, TX is seeking a Driver/Warehouse Associate to manage delivery processes and warehouse operations, operate forklifts, prepare orders for delivery, and ensure accurate, on-time shipments to customers and Will Call orders. Candidates should have a high school diploma, a valid Texas driver's license, and the willingness to lift up to 50 lbs.

Forklift experience is a plus, but not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Texas Driver's License required.
• 6 months driving/warehouse/construction experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload merchandise using required machinery and tools.
• Operate forklifts and manage warehouse operations.
• Perform daily DOT vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Prepare paperwork for received items and shipments.
• Pull orders and organize products in warehouse bins.
• Deliver goods on designated routes and ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams about deliveries.
• Maintain a neat, safe, and compliant warehouse area.
