Job summary

Century HVAC Distributing in Dallas is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, and inventory functions. You will help ensure correct items and quantities reach customers on time, maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior forklift experience is preferred; teamwork and reliable communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Safety awareness as a core mindset.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize daily tasks.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent teamwork and communication.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Experience operating forklift equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload merchandise using appropriate equipment.
• Pick and fill orders for shipment or customer pickup.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and loading docks.
• Prepare and ship orders with proper packaging and labeling.
• Record and track merchandise, perform cycle counts, and report discrepancies.
• Support inventory control and daily warehouse operations.
• Assist drivers and inside sales as needed.
