Job summary

Century HVAC Distributing in Dallas, TX seeks a full-time Delivery Driver/Dispatcher. The role involves supervising the delivery process, operating forklifts, loading/unloading goods, and ensuring on-time routes while maintaining vehicle paperwork and safety standards.

You will assist inside sales and warehouse staff, communicate with customers about delivery schedules, and follow DOT regulations and company policies on vehicle maintenance and conduct.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid and current driver's license is necessary.
• Experience driving and operating warehouse equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery operations and ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
• Load and unload merchandise using required equipment.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and conduct daily inspections per DOT.
• Prepare paperwork for received items and coordinate routes.
• Support inside sales and warehouse staff as needed.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery specifics and schedules.
• Ensure safety procedures and road regulations are followed.
