Job summary

Century HVAC Distributing seeks a Warehouse Associate to support our Texas locations. You will assist with loading, unloading, picking, and packing orders, ensuring accurate quantities and timely delivery to contractors, multifamily, and commercial properties.

You will work in a team-driven environment with safety as a priority, maintain organized storage areas, and assist with inventory counts while using basic computer systems for inventory management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
• Must have basic computer skills for inventory management.
• Strong focus on safety and accuracy in daily tasks.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform light to moderate physical work.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload merchandise using appropriate equipment.
• Pick and prepare orders for shipment or customer pickup.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and loading docks.
• Conduct cycle counts and participate in annual inventory.
• Document shipments and assist with inventory discrepancies as needed.
