Room & Board in Kent, WA is seeking a Delivery Driver to join a three-person team, rotating between in-warehouse prep and on-road deliveries to customers.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for serving customers with delivery or service experience preferred.
• 21+ years old with valid driver’s license.
• Able to drive a 24-foot box truck (training provided).
• Able to lift/carry heavy items with team assistance or lifting equipment.
• English speaking/writing proficiency for effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers across the area as part of a two-person team and on-road/center rotations.
• Prepare products for delivery at the delivery center; engage in product staging and basic assembly.
• Perform quality inspection to ensure items meet Room & Board standards.
• Prioritize safety and provide exceptional customer service during every interaction.
