Job summary

Room & Board in Golden Valley, MN is seeking a Delivery Driver to join a three-person team, alternating between on-road deliveries and the delivery center. You’ll load, stage, and ensure items meet quality standards while delivering high-quality, American-made home furnishings.

The role emphasizes exceptional service, safety, clear communication, and physical stamina. Schedule Tue–Sat, 6:00am–2:30pm with paid overtime; salary $50,000–$55,000 annually plus generous benefits, 401(k) match,

Qualifications

• Customer-facing delivery or service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to drive a 24-foot box truck (training provided).
• Lift/carry heavy items with team support and/or lifting equipment.
• Proficient in spoken and written English for effective communication.
• Ability to pass a 5-panel drug screen and provide work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality home furnishings to customers across the Twin Cities area.
• Alternate between on-road deliveries and work in the delivery center.
• Prepare products for delivery, engage in product staging, basic assembly, and quality inspection.
• Maintain safety and build strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
