Job summary

Room & Board is seeking a Delivery Driver to bring high-quality, American-made home furnishings to customers in the Denver area. You will balance on-road deliveries with indoor preparation in our delivery center, switching between driving and partner roles in a two-person team.

You’ll also handle staging, basic assembly, and quality checks to ensure every delivery meets our standards. You’ll join a three-person delivery team, enjoy paid overtime, and benefit from a supportive work culture

Qualifications

• Experience delivering or handling customer-facing deliveries is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Capable of driving a 24-foot box truck (training provided).
• Able to lift/carry heavy items with a team member or lifting equipment.
• Proficient in spoken and written English for effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality home furnishings across the Denver area as part of a two-person team.
• Alternate between driving routes and preparing products in the delivery center.
• Engage in product staging, basic assembly, and quality inspection to ensure optimal delivery.
