Job summary

Room & Board in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a Delivery Driver to join a three-person team. You will alternate between driving routes and preparing products in the delivery center, ensuring items are ready for delivery and up to quality standards.

In this role you will visit customers across the San Diego area, provide exceptional service, and help with product staging and basic assembly. A strong emphasis on safety and teamwork completes this meaningful, customer-focused position.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing delivery or service experience preferred.
• Able to lift and carry heavy items with team help.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver's license.
• Able to drive a 24-foot box truck (training provided).
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products in the San Diego area.
• Assist in the delivery center with staging and basic assembly.
• Perform merchandise quality checks and ensure items meet standards.
• Switch between driving and warehouse tasks as needed.
• Maintain safety and exceptional customer service at all times.
