Delivery Driver/ Warehouse - Louisville, KY

About the Role

This position involves delivering materials, maintaining vehicle safety, and assisting with warehouse tasks. The role requires adherence to safety and traffic laws, proper documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure vehicle safety through daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
2. Verify equipment pickup and delivery accuracy using PO and Job Number.
3. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the vehicle and work environment.
4. Secure materials on the truck and handle hazardous materials with proper paperwork.
5. Pick up materials from suppliers and ensure timely deliveries.
6. Complete end-of-day procedures, including paperwork and packaging disposal.
7. Wear appropriate PPE and keep the shop organized.
8. Report vehicle issues and assist with warehouse and office tasks as needed.
9. Experience with towing trailers and operating a forklift is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Work hours: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, with potential additional hours.
• Valid CDL A license (optional) and current DOT Medical Card.
• Clean MVR and physical ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Team player attitude.
