Job summary

TrueNorth Operations LLC is seeking a delivery associate to operate a cargo van and deliver 200+ packages daily across Central Ohio. You will be on the road most of your shift, interacting with customers and ensuring safe, timely deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

No prior delivery experience is required; paid training is provided. Shifts run approximately 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with overtime opportunities during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Weekend/peak season flexibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a cargo van and deliver 200+ packages daily.
• Load and organize packages for daily delivery operations.
• Deliver packages along designated routes and adhere to traffic laws.
• Use handheld routing and delivery technology; communicate with dispatch.
