Job summary

TrueNorth Operations is seeking a delivery associate to operate a cargo van and hand-deliver 200+ packages daily across the Central Ohio area. You’ll be a delivery hero, helping neighbors receive critical supplies and goods with professionalism and safety.

Shifts start between 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM, with 3–5 days per week and up to 10 hours per day. No prior delivery experience is required, and paid training is provided to get you on the road quickly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• No CDL required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Weekend and peak season flexibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 200+ packages per day from a cargo van along designated routes.
• Use handheld routing and delivery technology to complete daily routes.
• Maintain professional customer interactions during deliveries.
• Load and organize packages for daily delivery operations.
• Communicate delivery status and route changes with dispatch.
