Job summary

TrueNorth Operations LLC is seeking a delivery associate to operate a cargo van and deliver 200+ packages daily across Central Ohio. You will be on the road most of your shift, interacting with customers and ensuring safe, timely deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

No prior delivery experience is required; paid training is provided. Shifts run approximately 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with overtime opportunities during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Weekend/peak season flexibility preferred.

Job Description

As a delivery associate, you’ll operate a cargo van, delivering 200+ packages per day. You will be a delivery hero in the Central Ohio neighborhoods you serve - delivering smiles to customers every day in the form of critical supplies, household goods, toys, and much more in the packages customers receive.

This position offers a chance to be part of a SAFE, fast-paced environment where your efforts directly impact the community and company success.

Shifts will be approximately 11:00 AM - 9PM

No previous delivery experience is required. Paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least21 years of age.
• Must have avalid driver’s license with a clean driving record and be eligible to drive under therequirements.
• Must havereliable transportationto report to our Pataskala, OH delivery station for scheduled shifts . All Shifts at11:00 AM.
• Ability tolift, carry, push, and pull packages up to 50 lbsand work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability toclimb stairs, enter and exit a delivery van frequently, and remain active throughout a 10-hour shift.
• Strong commitment tosafety, punctuality, and dependable attendance.
• Comfortable usingsmartphone applications and GPS navigation.
