Job summary

TrueNorth Operations is seeking a delivery associate in Pataskala, OH to safely operate a cargo van and deliver 200+ packages daily. You will interact with customers, load packages, and use GPS-enabled routing technology. Shifts start around 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM; no CDL required, paid training provided.

Must be 21+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Weekend/peak hours may apply, with benefits including health and vision insurance as well as paid time off.

Job description

As a delivery associate, you’ll operate a cargo van, delivering 200+ packages per day. You will be a delivery hero in the Central Ohio neighborhoods you serve – delivering smiles to customers every day in the form of critical supplies, household goods, toys, and much more in the packages customers receive. You can expect to work 3‑5 days per week and up to 10 hours per day.

This position offers a chance to be part of a SAFE, fast‑paced environment where your efforts directly impact the community and company success.

Shifts will begin between 11:30 AM–12:30 PM. No previous delivery experience is required; paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to climb stairs, enter and exit a delivery van frequently, and remain active throughout a 10‑hour shift
• Strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and dependable attendance
• Comfortable using smartphone applications and GPS navigation
• Previous delivery, logistics, warehouse, or customer service experience preferred but not required; paid training is provided
