TrueNorth Operations LLC is seeking a Delivery Associate to operate a cargo van and deliver 200+ packages daily across Central Ohio. Expect 3-5 days per week, up to 10 hours per day, with paid training and a SAFE, fast-paced environment.

No prior delivery experience is required; weekend availability is preferred, and company offers overtime during peak periods and opportunities for advancement into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• No CDL required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication and professionalism.
• Weekend and peak season flexibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 200+ packages per day using a cargo van.
• Load and organize packages for daily delivery operations.
• Use handheld routing and delivery technology.
• Maintain professional customer interactions.
• Communicate delivery status and route changes with dispatch.
