Job summary

Impact RTO Holdings dba Rent A Center in your area is hiring for an entry-level position with no experience required. We train you and offer a clear path into management.

You will drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances, and assist in the store as needed. This on-site role includes a 5-day work week with Sundays off, paid time off and holidays, health benefits, a 401(k), and opportunities to contribute to social media and marketing content.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving).
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture.
• Friendly and professional when talking to customers is a MUST
• Must pass a background check and MVR check

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances.
• Load and unload items — we'll show you how to do it safely
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers' homes
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly
• Occasionally participate in the creation of social media and marketing content, including photos and videos, as requested to support Company initiatives
• Collect payments when needed
• Keep the truck clean and organized
• Help in the store between deliveries- We provide the training
