Job summary

Impact RTO Holdings, doing business as Rent A Center, is hiring for an entry-level driver/CS role in Michigan. The job involves delivering and picking up furniture and appliances, assisting in-store tasks, and providing strong customer service. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement into management.

You’ll work a 5-day week with Sundays off. Paid training is provided; benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and vacations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture.
• Pass background check and MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pickup furniture and appliances in customers' homes using a company truck.
• Load and unload items safely.
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers’ homes.
• Assist in-store tasks and customer interactions as needed.
• Contribute to store operations and maintain truck cleanliness.
