Job summary

Impact RTO Holdings, operating as Rent-A-Center in your area, is hiring for an entry-level delivery/Customer Service role. You’ll drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture, assemble items in customers’ homes, and assist in-store tasks. Training is provided, with a clear path to management for reliable team members.

The position includes a 5-day work week, Sundays off, plus benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and employee discounts. No prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position, no experience required. We train you.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver's license.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture.
• Friendly and professional when talking to customers.
• Must pass a background check and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up furniture and appliances using company truck.
• Load and unload items safely.
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers' homes.
• Assist in store duties and customer-facing tasks.
• Occasionally create social media and marketing content as needed.
• Collect payments when required.
