Job summary

Impact RTO Holdings dba Rent A Center in La Follette, TN is hiring immediately for an entry-level delivery and customer service role. No experience needed; full training provided. You will drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances and assist in-store as needed.

This 5-day work week includes Sundays off, pay at $15 per hour, and benefits like medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, and opportunities for advancement through performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances.
• Load and unload items—we'll show you how to do it safely.
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers' homes.
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly.
• Occasionally participate in social media/marketing content as requested.
• Collect payments when needed.
• Keep the truck clean and organized.
• Help in the store between deliveries—we provide the training.

What You'll Do

This is a driving and customer service job. You'll be on the road most of the day delivering furniture and appliances to customers' homes, picking up items, and occasionally collecting payments. You'll also help out in the store as needed assembling items as well as assisting in customer facing tasks.

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances
