Impact RTO Holdings, dba Rent A Center, is hiring in Jacksonville, FL for an entry-level delivery driver role. No experience needed; we provide training and a clear path into management.

You will drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances, help in the store, load/unload, and interact with customers with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving).
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture.
• Friendly and professional when talking to customers is a MUST.
• Must pass a background check and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances.
• Load and unload items—we’ll show you how to do it safely.
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers’ homes.
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly.
• Occasionally participate in creating social media/marketing content to support Company initiatives.
• Collect payments when needed.
• Keep the truck clean and organized.
• Help in the store between deliveries and we provide training.
