Impact RTO Holdings dba Rent A Center is hiring for an entry-level role with no experience required. You will drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture, assist in-store tasks, and help customers with a friendly, professional approach. Training is provided and opportunities for growth into management are available.

You will work a 5-day week, with Sundays off, and receive benefits including insurance, a 401(k), and monthly bonuses based on store performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving).
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture.
• Friendly and professional when talking to customers is a MUST.
• Must pass a background check and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances.
• Load and unload items — we’ll show you how to do it safely.
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers’ homes.
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly.
• Occasionally participate in creating social media and marketing content to support Company initiatives.
• Collect payments when needed.
• Keep the truck clean and organized.
• Help in the store between deliveries—We provide the training.
