Job summary

Impact RTO Holdings dba Rent A Center is hiring immediately for an entry-level delivery and customer service role. You’ll drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances, assist in-store, and learn on the job.

No experience is required; training is provided and a clear path to management exists. The role includes a 5-day work week, pay at $15.50/hour, plus bonuses, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving).
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture.
• Friendly and professional when talking to customers is a MUST.
• Must pass a background check and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances.
• Load and unload items — we’ll show you how to do it safely.
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers’ homes.
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly.
• Occasionally participate in the creation of social media and marketing content, including photos and videos, as requested to support Company initiatives.
• Collect payments when needed.
• Keep the truck clean and organized.
• Help in the store between deliveries- We provide the training.
