Job summary

Impact RTO Holdings dba Rent A Center is hiring for an entry-level delivery driver position in your area. No experience needed; we train you and offer a clear path into management.

You will drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances, load and unload items, and assist customers in-store as needed. The role includes paid time off, benefits, and opportunities for bonuses based on store performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture.
• Background check and MVR check required.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances.
• Load and unload items — we’ll show you how to do it safely.
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers’ homes.
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly.
• Occasionally participate in social media and marketing content to support Company initiatives.
• Collect payments when needed.
• Keep the truck clean and organized.
• Help in the store between deliveries- We provide the training.
