Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a dependable SWDS Driver in Superior, WI to deliver paint and supplies to customers from company stores. You will ensure orders are complete, properly loaded, and delivered safely and on time.

Responsibilities include maintaining the store vehicle, complying with routes and schedules, providing excellent customer service, handling questions and complaints, and completing delivery paperwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure deliveries are prepared to meet customer requirements in the most efficient manner.
• Load customer orders properly on the truck.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a safe, timely manner.
• Maintain the store vehicle and alert the supervisor to repair and servicing needs.
• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle complaints from customers.
• Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules.
• Abide by transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
• Operate equipment and machines such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.
• Perform other tasks in the store, including warehouse duties, tinting, and mixing customer orders.
