Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking dependable SWDS Drivers to deliver products to customers from Sherwin-Williams stores using company vans or pickup trucks. You will ensure deliveries are complete, loaded correctly, and safely delivered to the customer, while maintaining a clean driving record.

Responsibilities include loading orders, handling customer questions, following routes and time schedules, and performing warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure deliveries are prepared to meet customer requirements efficiently.
• Load customer orders properly on the truck.
• Ensure appropriate forms are completed.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers safely and on time.
• Maintain the store vehicle and report repairs as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or complaints.
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules.
• Follow transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Prepare reports and other documents related to deliveries.
• Operate equipment such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.
• Perform warehouse duties including tinting and mixing customer orders.
