Job summary

Naniq Global Logistics, LLC is hiring truck drivers to deliver freight on scheduled routes across Alaska and beyond. You will operate company vehicles, check pallets, scan paperwork, and interact with customers at each stop. Maintaining safety and accuracy is essential to every delivery.

You will load and unload using proper techniques, keep logs up to date, and communicate clearly with dispatch and customers. The role includes warehouse duties as needed and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and DOT Medical Card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 1+ year of delivery or transportation experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of road safety and defensive driving.
• Able to use a smartphone, GPS, and basic delivery apps.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport freight.
• Load and unload cargo using proper lifting techniques.
• Complete routes as assigned by dispatch, adjusting for traffic or delays.
• Ensure all shipments are secure and protected during transit.
• Follow all DOT, company, and customer safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate logs, delivery records, and vehicle inspection reports.
• Report equipment issues, delays, or delivery problems to dispatch.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Keep vehicle clean and fueled, and schedule maintenance as needed.
• Assist with warehouse duties when needed (loading, organizing, staging).
