Job summary

Naniq Global Logistics seeks truck drivers to deliver freight on a scheduled route in a safe, efficient manner. You will check and scan pallets, deliver paperwork to customers, and off-load at each stop using a hand truck and ramp while interacting professionally with customers.

Anchorage, Alaska area. A high school diploma, valid driver’s license with a clean record, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required; 1+ year delivery experience preferred; DOT Medical Card required; must be 21 or

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and DOT Medical Card.
• 1+ year delivery or transportation experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport freight.
• Load and unload cargo using proper lifting techniques.
• Complete routes as assigned, adjusting for traffic or delays.
• Ensure shipments are secure in transit.
• Follow DOT, company, and customer safety requirements.
• Maintain delivery logs and inspection reports.
• Report equipment issues to dispatch.
• Communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
• Keep vehicle clean and fueled; schedule maintenance as needed.
• Assist with warehouse duties when needed.
