Job summary

Naniq Global Logistics seeks experienced truck drivers to deliver freight along scheduled routes in Alaska. Drivers must perform loading/unloading with care, scan pallets, and hand paperwork to customers while ensuring on-time, safe deliveries.

You will maintain logs, follow DOT rules, use GPS and delivery apps, and interact professionally with customers at each stop. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and DOT Medical Card.
• CDL may be required based on vehicle type and route.
• 1+ year of delivery or transportation experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Pass drug screening and background checks.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport freight.
• Load and unload cargo using proper lifting techniques.
• Complete routes as assigned by dispatch, adjusting for traffic or delays.
• Ensure all shipments are secure and protected during transit.
• Follow all DOT, company, and customer safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate logs, delivery records, and vehicle inspection reports.
• Report equipment issues, delays, or delivery problems to dispatch.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Keep vehicle clean and fueled, and schedule maintenance as needed.
• Assist with warehouse duties when needed (loading, organizing, staging).
