Job summary

This role emphasizes safe driving, adherence to routes and schedules, and interaction with customers in a fast-paced retail environment. Willingness to work evenings/weekends and lift items up to 70 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Authorized to work without sponsorship in the U.S.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• DOT MEC certificate or willing to obtain within 5 business days of offer.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be able to read/speak English sufficiently.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must meet performance expectations and HR Cloud course requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and load deliveries to meet customer requirements.
• Deliver items to customers safely and on time.
• Maintain vehicle and report repair needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries/complaints.
