Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a delivery driver to load, transport, and deliver products to customers from company stores. You will ensure orders are complete, packed correctly, and delivered safely and on time, while maintaining vehicle, records, and a high level of customer service.

Applicants must be at least 21, legally eligible to work in the U.S., hold a valid driver's license and MEC per DOT requirements, and be able to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
• Must have a valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC) or willing to obtain within 5 business days of conditional offer
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally
• Must read, write and speak English sufficiently for job duties and safety

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers from Sherwin-Williams stores
• Load customer orders onto the truck
• Deliver items safely and on time
• Maintain the delivery vehicle and report maintenance needs
• Provide excellent customer service and handle questions/ complaints
• Adhere to routes and schedules and comply with transportation laws
• Prepare delivery-related reports and documents
