This position plays a key role in ensuring our customers receive their products on time and in excellent condition while providing a high level of customer service.What You’ll DoSafely operate a 16-foot refrigerated box truck while following company, safety, and DOT requirements.Deliver fresh flowers and related products to customers throughout assigned Virginia routes, including the Norfolk, Williamsburg, Fredericksburg, Charlottesville, Richmond, Suffolk, and Lynchburg areas.Ensure deliveries are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.Provide professional, courteous customer service and build positive relationships with customers.Load and unload products safely using appropriate equipment and handling practices.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe delivery vehicle and report equipment or maintenance concerns.Navigate assigned routes using maps, GPS, and other available tools to support efficient delivery.Partner with the warehouse and distribution team to ensure products are properly prepared and delivered.Work Environment & Physical RequirementsThis role requires the ability to work in a warehouse and refrigerated cooler environment (approximately 34°F) and to regularly stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb in and out of a truck, and sit for extended periods.The position requires the ability to safely lift and move products weighing up to 60 pounds regularly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
