Job summary

Delaware Valley Floral Group Llc. is seeking a Part-Time Casual Delivery Driver to safely and efficiently deliver fresh floral products on assigned routes. The role emphasizes on-time delivery, product quality, and friendly customer service across the Hartford, CT area.

This position requires 2+ years of driving experience with box trucks, a valid license, and the ability to pass pre-employment screenings. A quarterly safety incentive bonus up to $1,500 annually is offered; DOT considerations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of professional driving experience operating box trucks (16 ft or larger preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain DOT Medical Certification (CDL not required).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a refrigerated box truck to complete assigned delivery routes.
• Deliver floral products accurately and on time to customers.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries.
• Load and unload products while maintaining quality and organization.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic operational readiness.
• Follow routes and use GPS/navigation tools to optimize efficiency.
• Partner with warehouse team to ensure order accuracy.
• Comply with company policies, safety standards, and DOT regulations.
