Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Route Delivery Driver to deliver beverages to local stores in Syracuse, NY, and merchandise to standards. You will drive, unload, stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain backrooms while building strong store relationships on a daily route.

The role requires a CDL A, strong English communication, physical ability to lift 20–45 lbs per case, and adherence to DOT regulations. This is a full-time position with health benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive a PepsiCo truck to deliver products on an established or contingency route
• Deliver products and execute all promotions, ensuring every scheduled customer is serviced by end of shift
• Unload and merchandise accounts to local standards, rotate inventory, and organize backrooms/coolers as applicable
• Follow DOT regulations and safe work practices while driving and handling product
• Build positive relationships with store contacts and complete daily paperwork

Deliver, sell, and merchandise beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina by driving a route to serve local stores, unloading and merchandising to standards, and building positive relationships to ensure communities have access to quality beverages safely and on time.

What You'll Do

• Safely drive a PepsiCo truck to deliver products on an established or contingency route (routes may change day to day)
• Deliver products and execute all promotions, ensuring every scheduled customer is serviced by the end of your shift
• Unload product and merchandise each account to local standards (stock shelves and displays, rotate inventory for freshness, and keep product organized in backrooms/coolers as applicable)
• Follow DOT regulations and safe work practices while driving, delivering, and handling product
• Build positive working relationships with store contacts and complete required daily paperwork (including invoices and settlement of cash/charges when applicable)

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• Valid CDL Class A License with Non-Excepted Interstate Status and Follow DOT regulations (Note: In all California locations except Stockton, both non-excepted intrastate and non-excepted interstate status are accepted for this position. In Stockton, CA, only non-excepted interstate status is accepted.)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Position is labor intensive, requiring lifting, loading and pushing/pulling a significantly high volume of cases per day ranging from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly during work hours (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires reaching, squatting, and bending while delivering and merchandising products in the store and delivering products across a wide variety of weather conditions (with or without accommodation)
