Job summary

PepsiCo in Cheektowaga, NY is seeking a Route Delivery Driver to safely transport beverages to local stores. You’ll start early each day and drive a PepsiCo truck on established routes, loading at the distribution center and delivering on time.

You will merchandise, stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain store relationships while following DOT regulations and safety practices. CDL A and strong English are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid CDL Class A with Non-Excepted Interstate Status and DOT compliance.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Physically able to lift 20–45 lb cases repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive a PepsiCo truck to deliver products on an established or contingency route.
• Deliver products and merchandise to standards, ensuring every scheduled customer is serviced.
• Unload product and stock shelves/displays, rotate inventory, and organize backrooms/coolers.
• Follow DOT regulations and safe work practices while driving, delivering, and handling product.
• Complete required daily paperwork including invoices and settlement of cash/charges when applicable.

Deliver, sell, and merchandise beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina by driving a route to serve local stores, unloading and merchandising to standards, and building positive relationships to ensure communities have access to quality beverages safely and on time.

What You’ll Do

• Safely drive a PepsiCo truck to deliver products on an established or contingency route (routes may change day to day)
• Deliver products and execute all promotions, ensuring every scheduled customer is serviced by the end of your shift
• Unload product and merchandise each account to local standards (stock shelves and displays, rotate inventory for freshness, and keep product organized in backrooms/coolers as applicable)
• Follow DOT regulations and safe work practices while driving, delivering, and handling product
• Build positive working relationships with store contacts and complete required daily paperwork (including invoices and settlement of cash/charges when applicable)

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• Valid CDL Class A License with Non-Excepted Interstate Status and Follow DOT regulations (Note: In all California locations except Stockton, both non-excepted intrastate and non-excepted interstate status are accepted for this position. In Stockton, CA, only non-excepted interstate status is accepted.)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Position is labor intensive, requiring lifting, loading and pushing/pulling a significantly high volume of cases per day ranging from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly during work hours (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires reaching, squatting, and bending while delivering and merchandising products in the store and delivering products across a wide variety of weather conditions (with or without accommodation)
