Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. Hampden, ME is hiring a route delivery driver to safely operate a PepsiCo truck, deliver and merchandise Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina to local stores, and build positive relationships to ensure communities have access to beverages on time.

The full‑time shift starts at 4:00 am on Saturdays and follows a Monday–Saturday schedule with two consecutive days off; it requires a CDL Class A, English communication, and the ability to lift 20–45 lb cases while following DOT rules.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive a PepsiCo truck to deliver products on an established or contingency route
• Deliver products and execute promotions, ensuring every scheduled customer is serviced by end of shift
• Unload product and merchandise accounts to local standards (stock shelves, rotate inventory)
• Follow DOT regulations and safe work practices while driving and handling product
• Build positive relationships with store contacts and complete required daily paperwork including invoices

Quick Look

• Pay: $30.70 per hour

• Location: Hampden, ME

• Work Days: Saturday required, monday-saturday schedule with 2 consecutive days off 4/10hour days Sundays off

• Start Time: 4:00 am

• End Time: Until work is completed

Deliver, sell, and merchandise beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina by driving a route to serve local stores, unloading and merchandising to standards, and building positive relationships to ensure communities have access to quality beverages safely and on time.

What You’ll Do

• Safely drive a PepsiCo truck to deliver products on an established or contingency route (routes may change day to day)
• Deliver products and execute all promotions, ensuring every scheduled customer is serviced by the end of your shift
• Unload product and merchandise each account to local standards (stock shelves and displays, rotate inventory for freshness, and keep product organized in backrooms/coolers as applicable)
• Follow DOT regulations and safe work practices while driving, delivering, and handling product
• Build positive working relationships with store contacts and complete required daily paperwork (including invoices and settlement of cash/charges when applicable)

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• Valid CDL Class A License with Non-Excepted Interstate Status and Follow DOT regulations (Note: In all California locations except Stockton, both non-excepted intrastate and non-excepted interstate status are accepted for this position. In Stockton, CA, only non-excepted interstate status is accepted.)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Position is labor intensive, requiring lifting, loading and pushing/pulling a significantly high volume of cases per day ranging from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly during work hours (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires reaching, squatting, and bending while delivering and merchandising products in the store and delivering products across a wide variety of weather conditions (with or without accommodation)
