Job summary

Aaron's Delivery Drivers are a core part of our customer-facing team. The role involves driving, installing, moving, and demonstrating merchandise inside and outside the store, with a focus on a positive customer experience.

The position requires working hours between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., lifting up to 50 lbs (300 lbs with help), and a valid driver’s license. Benefits and growth opportunities are offered as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old for U.S. roles.
• Valid state driver’s license and a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Ability to obtain DOT certification if required for the location.
• Ability to work a schedule with hours 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely handle products and operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
