Job summary

The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to contribute to a positive customer experience. The role involves driving, installing, moving, and demonstrating merchandise, with time spent both inside and outside the store.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old in the US; 18 in Canada.
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• DOT certification if required by location.
• Ability to work 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. schedule.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. alone, 300 lbs. with assistance.
• Work in all outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, secure products and operate the company vehicle safely.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise to customers.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in-store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance logs.
