Aaron’s, LLC is hiring a Delivery Driver to support store operations by driving, installing, moving, and demonstrating merchandise. This role blends in-store duties with customer outreach, requiring time both inside and outside the store and collaboration with the team.

The position offers hourly pay and a range of benefits; candidates must be able to drive, lift heavy items, and work flexible hours. The company emphasizes safety, reliability, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age for positions within the United States and at least 18 years of age in Canada.
• Requires a valid state driver’s license and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy, including a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Must be able to obtain DOT certification, if required for the position’s location.
• Ability to work a schedule with hours varying from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another associate.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain and summer heat.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and appropriately secure products, and safely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
