Job summary

Aaron’s, LLC is seeking a Delivery Driver to support in-store operations and community engagement. This role involves driving, installing, moving, and demonstrating merchandise, as well as assisting customers with product use both inside and outside the store.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, physical ability to lift heavy items, and flexibility to work varied hours. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off where applicable.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• Must be 19+ years old in the US (18+ in Canada).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.
• Flexible schedule 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. when needed.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and secure products; safely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in-store.
• Maintain accurate daily route and weekly maintenance sheets.
