The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is hiring a Delivery Driver in Portsmouth, VA. This fast-paced, store-based role drives, installs, moves, and demonstrates merchandise while ensuring positive customer experiences.

You will work a schedule that supports store operations, with opportunities for advancement and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan. The pay range is $15.75 to $16.50 per hour, reflecting competitive compensation for this position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States, or 18 in Canada.
• Requires a valid state driver’s license and a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR).
• May need DOT certification depending on location.
• Must be able to work a schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. alone and up to 300 lbs. with assistance or equipment.
• Must be able to work in all outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and secure products; operate the company vehicle safely.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in the store.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
