Job summary

Aaron’s Delivery Drivers are an integral part of ensuring positive customer experiences. This fast-paced, store-based role includes driving, installing, moving, and picking up merchandise, as well as demonstrating how customers can use their products.

You’ll spend time inside and outside the store, support the team with day-to-day operations, and connect with customers in the community. The pay range for this role is $15.25 to $16.00 per hour, and benefits include paid time off, health insurance

Qualifications

• Solid communication skills; able to interact with customers and teammates.
• Working knowledge of basic electronics and product usage.
• Uphold the Aaron's Brand and protect company assets.
• Desire to make a positive difference for customers.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely operate the company vehicle for deliveries.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise to customers.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in-store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance logs.
