Job summary

The Aaron’s Company, Inc. in Carrollton, TX, is hiring a Delivery Driver to support store operations and ensure positive customer experiences.

You will drive, install, move, and demonstrate merchandise, inside and outside the store, with a focus on safety and customer service. The pay range is $14.75 to $15.50 per hour, with a benefits package that includes on-demand pay, paid time off, health coverage, a 401(k) plan, and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old for US positions.
• Valid state driver’s license and comply with Driver Qualification Policy including MVR.
• Ability to obtain DOT certification if required for location.
• Ability to work a schedule with hours 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and secure products; safely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
