Job summary

The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is seeking an Delivery Driver to perform driving, installation, and pickup of merchandise with a focus on customer satisfaction. This fast-paced, store-based role blends in-store tasks with community interaction and hands-on product demonstrations.

You will stage and secure items, assist customers, and support daily operations in a team environment while upholding brand standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license and DOT certification if required for the location.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and up to 300 lbs. with assistance in some cases.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise to customers.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
