Job summary

The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to support store operations and deliver exceptional customer service.

The role includes driving, installing, demonstrating merchandise, and assisting with in-store tasks to ensure customers have a smooth experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a pay range of $15.25–$16.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old for US positions (18+ in Canada).
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record.
• May need DOT certification depending on location.
• Able to work a schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely position products; safely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise to customers.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in-store.
• Maintain accurate daily route and weekly maintenance sheets.
