Aaron’s, Inc. is hiring Delivery Drivers to drive, install, move, and demonstrate merchandise while ensuring positive customer experiences. This store-based role involves time inside and outside the store, supporting daily operations, and engaging with customers in the community.

The role emphasizes solid communication, basic electronics knowledge, and upholding the Aaron’s Brand. Drivers must meet state licensing, drive schedule windows, and handle outdoor conditions as part of a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old for US positions.
• Requires a valid state driver’s license and a satisfactory motor vehicle record.
• DOT certification if required for the location.
• Ability to work a schedule with hours varying from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
